Remodeling

We are thinking about doing a little remodeling. The living area has not been updated since we moved here ten years ago. The floors are the worst part. I would like to change to wood flooring. We have two dogs and the carpeting looks dirty all of the time. I think wood would be so much easier to clean and keep looking nice. I guess we'll decide after we check out some prices.
